The Effectiveness of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy Group Counseling in Reducing Cheating Behaviors

This study aims to reduce cheating behavior in students by using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy group counseling. research is a pre-experimental design research, namely One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The subjects of this were ten third semester the Guidance Counseling program at Ahmad Dahlan University, taken purpsoive sampling technique. instrument used scale. Analysis data effectiveness test with t-test formula. results showed that counseling approach was proven effective reducing University. Most carried out category social passive mostly based on lack confidence their abilities. can be as an alternative strategy for counselors universities students.
